Play With a Purpose

We aim for our club to generate money through sponsorships & donations. A percentage of this money throughout the year will be put back for for Christmas time where we will ask for volunteers through our members to host a toy drive partnering with Walmart for the less fortunate children of our communities.

How The League Works

Bi-Weekly Rounds

Our Bi-Weekly games (schedule coming soon) will be held at either Carroll Lake Golf Club. Buy-ins will be $25 which $20 goes to payout pot and $5 will go to our charity pot.

Flight System

For our flight system you will either be placed in Div.1 - Div.2 - Div.3 - Div.4 flight based on handicap which we will send you a short questionnaire that you can fill out on your phone or computer and we will then place you in the proper flight. But as you get better and after your first 4 rounds we will do a flight change if needed you could either stay in the same or rank down or rank up depending on your average score

Handicap Tracking

Your handicap and scorecards from each round will be documented and put into your personal player profile which you can access through this website by clicking the members tab on the homepage drop down. Find your name click it and all your scores and handicaps can be easily viewed.

Our Play on Your Own Time Policy

Members are welcome to play rounds on their own schedule; however, for a score to be officially recorded and applied to the league handicap system, it must be witnessed and verified by another Champions Club member.

At the conclusion of the round, both players must sign the scorecard to confirm accuracy. A clear photo of the signed scorecard must then be submitted by either:

Emailing it to thechampionsclub@gmail.com, or
Sending it via text message

Only verified and properly submitted scorecards will be accepted for handicap tracking.

How We Can Give Back

A community-driven league dedicated to raising funds and support for children and families in need through golf, events, and sponsorships. A portion of our donations, sponsorships, & weekly game entry fees will be the added to our charity pot which will give us the money we need to come together as members and make a huge difference in our communities.
